Recently picked up my new car from Anwick Car Sales and just want to say a huge thank you to all of those involved and especially the two lads on the office. Really looked after me and kept me informed as to the process and getting me into the car as quickly as they could. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and if a car they have takes your fancy, get yourself in and have a chat and a test drive.

Test drove a xtrail. Nothing too much trouble getting the car ready to try. Waiting area clean and warm, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Didn't buy the car, but we weren't made to feel guilty or hassled afterwards by email. Good experience

Found a fab mini bus online with Anwick Car Sales, so we had a few calls with them and we drove up to view. No hard sell just good honest info and as much time as we needed to make a decision. Took it for a test drive and happily put down a modest deposit, arranging to come and collect in a couple of weeks (we live a few hours away). In the meantime Anwick car sales people rectified a few minor bits, serviced and mot'd it for a full year, happy days. Fast forward 2 weeks and we travelled by train and Michelle kindly picked us up from the station. Paperwork sorted and we drove away planning about turning the mini bus into a camper. Great service, awesome friendly helpful staff, we will recommend to friends far and wide, well worth the travel for quality, honest friendly service. Thanks very much, we'll do a visit to show you the finished camper next year, from Carla and Lee.

Purchased a lovely blue pick up from them. Initially went to browse and visit multiple garages before buying, however this was the first garage we went to and left shortly after leaving a deposit, as we felt confident in trusting this business. I was stung by a different garage in the past so I arrived wary and on guard but we quickly realised all of the staff are professional, friendly and operated like a well oiled machine. We didn't even mind waiting whilst Rod finished talking to another customer who was collecting their new car. It was nice to see even after the sale they weren't in a rush to go to the next paying customer and instead gave us time to make our minds up with zero pressure, this was reassuring and actually helped us with making our final decision. Genuine people who clearly take reputation and quality of service seriously. They also gave me an extremely fair price on part exchange with no funny busy after checking it over, the price was the price, no messing. There is always the fear of issues after purchase but with their full final check over, service and MOT, I then collected the vehicle a week later in even better condition from when I initially viewed it. I haven't required any follow up service due to no issues with the vehicle. I even waited a month before leaving a review just incase, However I'm confident that if I did have any issues they would have rectified them. As some one that never leaves feedback I needed little motivation to give these guys the credit and praise they deserve. Excellent service from start to finish and I am still extremely pleased with my new Toy! Thanks again, will definitely recommend and buy from them in the future.

Where to start? I found myself needing a new car much quicker than I thought I would. (I found out my old car wouldn't go through MOT due to rot and much welding needed). I did a bit of 'car eye candy shopping' on their website and found 3 that I was interested in. I picked one and test drove it and decided that was the one!

Buuut, due to my (S***) credit rating their main finance company declined the application. However, they found another company for me but unfortunately, repayments were going to take me over and above my budget. Sad times, but back to the drawing board with my apologising for messing them about. The team went back to the drawing board with me and I took a punt on a cheaper car. Finance went through so happy days! (That urgency clock was ticking away by now).

Guess what?! They got it MOT'd and serviced 4 days before the advised pick up date. Amazing service! And I picked up my car on Good Friday. Twas a good Friday indeed!

So 'Shaun' is home... Thank you to all of the team at Anwick car sales so much! I'm hoping you get why I called my new car Shaun ;)
